Payment figures shown in your plan are estimates based on the SFI26 rates published by GOV.UK at the time your plan was generated. They are not a guarantee of what you would actually receive. Actual payments depend on your application being approved by the RPA, on the land and actions you ultimately enter into an agreement, and on scheme rules current at the time you apply.

Withy reflects a specific version of the SFI scheme (currently SFI26). Scheme rules, eligibility, and payment rates change over time. Always check current GOV.UK guidance before making a decision based on a Withy plan.
